- The device may be overloaded if too many applications are running. Close all launched apps, restart your device, and relaunch the game.

- Does the game run slow right after you launch it or after certain actions?
- Does the game run slow all the time, or does the issue disappear after certain actions?
- When did the issue appear for the first time (after updating the game, when reinstalling it, etc.)?
