I've lost my game progress. How to restore it?

If your account was connected to Facebook, Google Play, or Apple ID, please reinstall the game and follow these steps:

1. Open the game
2. Tap "Back up your progress"
3. Tap "Sign in with Facebook", or "Sign in with Apple" or "Sign in with Google"
4. Sign in your Facebook, Apple, or Google account
5. Tap "Play"
6. Choose "Load saved game"

If this doesn't help, contact our Support Team, and specify the level you were on and your current ID. We will set that level on your new account and add Stars so that you can click through the Quests and decorate your Island from scratch.

Your ID is in the bottom left corner on the loading screen. It looks like this: 1LI23BA.
