Sapphires are credited directly to your balance. Items from the purchased packs go to the Vault. Apply the 'Purchased Offers' filter to view and claim your items.
The payment processing can take some time since every transaction goes through several stages. First, it gets processed by your payment provider, then by AppStore or Google Play, and only afterward by our server.
If the purchase is not delivered within 24 hours, email the Support Team at survival.support@plarium.com, and provide the following data:
