- The device may be overloaded if too many applications are running. Please close all launched Apps and restart the game.
- Your internet connection may not be running optimally, or your bandwidth may be overloaded. To solve this issue, go to your device Settings and switch off the Wi-Fi connection. Wait a few minutes, then turn it back on.
If the game still doesn't load, clear the cache:
For Android:
- Go to your device Settings menu.
- Choose “Application manager”.
- Select “Game Application”.
- Use the option “Clear cache”.
For iOS:
- Double-click the Home button.
- Swipe up on the Game Application to close it.
- Launch the game again.
