Infinite Lives did not appear after purchase or activation

If the timer does not start after the activation of Infinite Lives, the app cache might be outdated. To fix the issue try these steps:

Android

1. Go to the device's Settings
2. Tap Apps or Application manager
3. Select Lost Island App
4. Under Storage or Cache, tap Clear cache

iOS

1. Double-click the Home button
2. Swipe up on Lost Island to close it
3. Relaunch the game

If the issue persists, reboot your device.
