If your Troops are not where they're supposed to be, try restarting the game – i.e. remove it from the tray and launch again. If you are using an iOS device, press the "Home" button twice, find the app in the tray, swipe the app upwards, and launch it again. If you are using an Android device, then this method may differ across different devices. Either tap on the home button twice, or hold down the physical "Home" button on the device itself to open the Recent Apps menu. Find the App from the list of running Apps, tap and hold the Application itself, and swipe it to the side to close it. Re-launch the App, and check the following:
- the Bunker;
- the Tracking tab;
- the Garrisons tab at your Command Center;
- Battle Reports.
Be advised that the Troops could have been dismissed if they were in your Sector while your Credit balance was negative. If this isn’t the case and you still cannot find the missing Units, please contact our Support Team. You must be able to provide the following data:
- the exact date when you lost your Units;
- the names and the number of the Units you lost.
- the Bunker;
- the Tracking tab;
- the Garrisons tab at your Command Center;
- Battle Reports.
