You can liberate your Sector by training enough offensive Troops. Once you have trained your offensive Troops, simply tap on the icon of the Commander above your Command Center, and then tap the “Liberate” button. Your Friends or Allies can also help you liberate your Sector by sending you offensive Reinforcements.
