Engineers are special personnel that assist you in constructing or upgrading your Sector's buildings. Each extra Engineer allows you to construct or upgrade an additional building simultaneously. In order to hire an Engineer go to your Construction menu; you will see a corresponding tab at the top of the screen. Tap the “Purchase Engineer” button in order to put your new Engineer to work.
