You have almost certainly come across one of the following limits:
- The Resources flow limit for incoming and outgoing Resources to and from your Sector is 250,000 (total) per day;
- You can send no more than 50,000 Resources to any one player per week. If you have seized 50,000 Resources from a Sector this week, you can't send any Resources to this Sector until the week has finished.
- You can send Resources 6 times a day and only twice a day to one Commander.
