It is likely that you have run up against one of the following limits:
- There is a weekly maximum of 50,000 Resources that can be gained from each Sector. This rolling 7-day limit starts right after the first Raid. On the 8th day it may then be possible to Raid the same amount of Resources that had been Raided on the first day.
- You are only allowed to collect Resources from 10 successful Raid attempts per day. After 10 Raids it becomes necessary to wait 2.5 hours between each Raid in order to collect Resources from further Raids. You can Raid a player before 2.5 hours has elapsed, but you won't collect any Resources from these Raids.
- The limit for incoming and outgoing Resources to and from your Sector is 250,000 overall, per day.
