If you see somebody using inappropriate language in the Global chat you can add that player to your Blacklist. Once a player is added to your list, you won’t be able to see or receive their messages. Take the following steps in order to add a player to your Blacklist:
1. Tap the player’s username in the chat.
2. Tap the envelope icon and write a message to them so that they appear in your Mail box.
3. Tap the Edit button.
4. Tap the Blacklist button to the right of the player concerned.
Don't forget to contact the Support Team on this matter, and provide coordinates of the player's Sector and a screenshot of their messages in the Global chat.
