You can restore lost progress only if your account was connected to Plarium ID or Facebook.
Log in to your account:
- On the loading screen
- In the Connection tab
Note: You can access your old account after completing the tutorial.
If your game profile was not connected, please send the game ID of the lost account to our Support Team at https://plrm.me/arena_support
In case you do not know your old ID, please attach any of the following:
- Screenshot of the loading screen
- Screenshot of the profile
- Screenshot of the purchase confirmation letter from Google Play
