First of all - take a deep breath and do not worry. The payment processing takes some time, so it’s OK if you need to wait for a while till the package is added to your account. Sometimes it takes several hours. That is why our first advice for you is just to wait a bit.
If you’ve waited for a while and still have not received your purchase - please create a ticket for our support team from the game (Settings -> Help and Support) including a screenshot of the purchase confirmation letter from the App Store or Google Play. This letter is sent to your email connected to your Google Play account or Apple ID. Then our team will be able to investigate the case.
