Users under Level 30 (and those who have been in Stormfall for less than 3 days) are placed under Novice protection. They can initiate an attack on any player, but no player can attack their Castle unless provoked first.
Users below Level 30 can only attack other players below Level 30 (or others who have been in Stormfall for less than 3 days). Users of Level 30 and higher can only attack other players of Level 30 and higher. Go to the Keep and Sentry House, discover the required Lost Arts and train at least one Unit in order to begin engaging in military activity!
